Creating iframe

Hi friends,

The main problem is creating new ifrmae in the top window from another iframe.
Please tell me how do to it.........

Let me explain the problem more clearly,

using one hyperlink (in main window), i have to create one ifrmae and then using another hyperlink( in created frame) i want to create iframe in the main(or top) window.
Please tell me how to sove this problem and send me the code .
