Log Out style

if anybody knows how to do the "thescript" logout style(make the background page in Black and White when Log Out link is clicked), plz let me know

If you check View Source on any TheScripts page whilst logged in, you will see the following Javascript logout code:

function log_out()
{
    ht = document.getElementsByTagName("html");
    ht[0].style.filter = "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(grayscale=1)";
    if (confirm('Are you sure you want to log out?'))
    {
        return true;
    }
    else
    {
        ht[0].style.filter = "";
        return false;
    }
}

so it's applying a Microsoft greyscale filter (which will probably only work in IE, it doesn't work in Firefox for me).
