How to login for HTML Chat?

Bhaiyyah

I am repetitively failing to login with any user name for HTML Chat.
Please note that passoword is not required to login and we can login
without it.
I think they have blocked my IP so that I should not be able to login
again!.
I have used all commands of Java Console (Java Plug-in 1.5.0_06
Using JRE version 1.5.0_06 Java Hotspot(TM) Client VM
How Can I fix this issue?
