Weird marquee behavior in IE

I have a news marquee which works well in most browsers:
http://mhariolincoln.jor.br/test.html
Problem is that when I include it in my web page, it stops scrolling
when the line of text reaches the left boundary in Internet Explorer:
http://mhariolincoln.jor.br/
I have tried to troubleshoot it, but I have no idea why it doesn't
work.
Any idea?
Thanks,

It works here with IE6. One comment, though. It's totally useless on
my system. It doesn't "scroll". It jumps one character at a time at a
speed that makes it unreadable to me. If it truely scrolled, it would
be fine. You might want to reconsider the idea.
