Page to Page Data transfer

Hi techies!

I need to copy the contents of a table from a page and fill it in text boxes in another page.please suggest me a way to implement this is Java script

Ideally you're going to want to use a server-side language to transfer the data and then write it back. It could be done using cookies but transferring the data on the server side is going to be easier.

I have accomplished it making one of the pages as child window for the main page.

We can access the elements of the main window by windoe.opener.formname. and so on
