Can explane show me how to develope and add this effect in my html (xhtml) pages?

Can someone explane the effect here:
http://www.web.com/website-products/site-builder.aspx

I saw this effect on web.com and I totally love it. I love how clicking on one image causes a totally new section with image and html data to be displayed. But being a freshman to javascript, I have no clue how to achieve that effect.

The focus is toward the bottom half of the page where the focused html laden sections shifts when you click on the navigation buttons (images). The nav names:

1. Site builder plan
2.Content + Design Feature
3. Marketing and eCommerce feature

What could be done to add or reduce nav buttons when needed? And How would that affect the script?

The OP is talking about the tabbed navigation, done with Javascript.

Check2011, a google search for javascript tabbed navigation pulls up a tonne of results.

http://www.barelyfitz.com/projects/tabber/ seems to have a nice example. Hope that's what you're looking for. =)
