It does, just not explicitly in those words. Either way, the entry is
tentatively being removed and combined with the AJAX question.

It's irrelevant whether *you* can find the answer in the reference; it
is whether one who does not know the answer can find it, and find enough
relevant detail to be useful.

And they can if they use diligent care in reading the page and then
consider what it has to say, in parts and in whole.
