is really nice and i like it a lot but what i would like to do is use
it to create 3 input boxes when a user selects a filed to edit.

For example say i have a phone number and the user clicks on it to
edit. What i would then like is 3 text boxes to appear: international
code, area code and number. Then when they click the save button it
saves all 3 fields or rather passes all 3 filed values to the action
page.

I've played around with going over a loop count but i can't get that to
work. I've also tried added a new 'type' but that's not coming
together

Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe one could dynamically update
the JS that's moved between the page and the EIP call?
