pop-up behind

I feel absolutely silly, I've done plenty of pop-up windows (galleries,
etc.). I have a very simple tiny pop-up that loads another site. The first
couple of times it popped up, all was well - but now it immediately hides
behind the current window. Thus, the user can't close it right away without
having to go look for it.

The code is quite simple and incorporated into a function in an external .js
doc. It is called in the body onLoad event:

window.open("http://www.sitetosee.com/","aWindow","width=400,height=400,status=yes") ;

Is this a browser issue or am I just forgetting something?

- that works fine for me
- what did you add after that in calling function ?
- when you call it once more without having it closed :
it stays behind
(normal --it is yet there and you are now on main window in front)
