Is it possible to disable toolbars in my (asp.net) web application?

Hello all,
I am developing a web application in asp.net. In this
application, i would like to disable all other tool bar other than menu
bar. If you know more about the same. Please guide me to proceed
further?

Note: It should work for all major browser such as IE, netscape,
Mazilla, opera....

Thanks in advance.

Why do you think you know more about what toolbars I want on my browser
than I do? Stop screwing with the users windows/toolbars and your life
will be a lot simpler.
