I want help with writing a procedures for some text e.g. I have this boxtext and i want to write the procedures body for it (i do not know how to start )

%!
/inch {72 mul} def
/boxdict 20 dict def
/boxtext { % call is: xpos ypos angle psize font text boxtext
boxdict begin
% declare, in boxdict, local variables for the incoming parameters as shown
% xpos and ypos are where the local origin of coordinates needs to be
% translated to. The idea is to write the supplied string of text in the
% desired font at the desired pointsize within a box that is slightly larger
% than the text dimensions. To add interest to the problem, the text may
% be inclined at "angle" degrees. Recall that stringwidth delivers the x
% and y displacements that the string will cause if rendered. Create
% local variables xdisp and ydisp to hold these. ydisp will be zero if the
% text is horizontal but non-zero for angled text.
%
% The box width is to be 1.1 times xdisp and the text must be centred
% horizontally in the box. Moreover, the text should be raised off the base
% of the box by 1.3*psize/4 where "psize" is the incoming pointsize value
%
% Successive calls of boxtext will need to start a completely new boxed
% text i.e. the graphic state must be reset at every call. The following
% sixteen procedure calls should give the result appended at the back of
% this coursework -- but note that you are required to replace all the
% question marks and to substitute the correct fontnames and type
% designer names in each case. All fonts used here are catalogued
% in the documentation pack that you should have bought by now. You
% are STRONGLY advised to get the % calls below working one at a time
% i.e. to uncomment them one by one and to check that each of them
% works before uncommenting another one. The final effect should be
% similar to the one attached at the end of this coursework
end
} def
