Alert preset search words found in page

1
All I need, is to have some preset words, and when the page loads, if the preset words that are in the code are on the page, and alert come like like "Word found"
or if one of the preset words like like, "Test" then it will come up "Test Found" something like that.
Full credit will be given to who ever can create this code

Get the text content of the part that needs to be searched, textContent (Firefox), innerText (IE), or W3C DOM, e.g. firstChild.data. Once you have the content, use the String methods to search for the preset words. Put this code in a function to run onload.
