Form doesn't go back to top of the page when clicking continue

Hi all, I'm new here so not sure if this is posted in the right section.

I have created a mutli part form in dreamweaver using basic javascript and css (5 pages), each time you click continue it opens another layer the problem I have and for me its becoming a very big one, The site has been created using frames so the mainframe is the form.

Basically when you scroll down the form and click continue it opens the next form in the same place as you are currently looking in the page and does not go back to the top of the page, I hope someone understands this. If anyone knows what the bit of script is that I need to add it will be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have it in a place I could see what it's doing, I might have a solution for you once I see it in action.

Ok got a link on for someone to look at and hopefully help.

YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR SCREEN SIZE SMALL TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.

SCROLL DOWN THE FORM AND PRESS CONTINUE YOU DONT NEED TO ADD ANYHTING THERE ARE NO REQUIRED FIELDS YET, YOU WILL THEN SEE THAT IT OPENS THE NEXT PAGE WHERE YOUR ARE VIEWING AND DOESN;T GO BACK TO THE TOP OF THE PAGE.

I really hope someone can help I'm sure this is a simple bit of script that needs adding to the continue button but can't work out what it is.

Thankyou all sooooooo much in advance for to anyone who can help with this.
