parent page?

First of all consider using a simple link e.g.
<a href="example.html" target="_parent">link</a>
as that does not require script.

If you really think you want to do it with script then you can set
parent.location e.g.
<input type="button" value="load"
onclick="window.parent.location = 'example.html';">
