differnt options avalible depending on a differnet drop down

i need to create a drop down menu that contains different values
depending on another drop down menu.
eg. Countries and regions. so if U.S.A is selected in the first menu
it'll show the all the various states in the second but if England is
selected in the first box the second will show England's various
counties. Can any one help me with this?

No, but it would be nice to see some context in your reply and the
script you have so far.

It's way easier for people to help if you provide some code to critique.
