cross frame script needed

i need to realize a cross side script ( no hacking !!!!) in my pc with
a frame that load in other frame the content of our external web page
and test for the content, so to automate some action.

I remember that a time ago (6/7 year) there was a parameter in IE
allowing to bypass the so called sandbox. but in new IE i can't find
anything.

Can anyone help me?

Instead of running it from your PC, simply put your test frame on the
same site as your target web page.
