FF Simple Overflow Error

P: n/a
So basically, this should be a very simple thing to render, however
firefox for some reason decides not to render this snippet properly.
Here is the paste bin. http://pastebin.ca/173538.
I have been trying to figure out a solution for a while now; it just
may be a bug or something. Does anyone know why this is happening, or
offer a solution without changing the doctype.
