validator is not defined

Right. Here is the 460 line Javascript form validator, in the header:

On the page that the application is on, I am calling the function via this button code:

onClick="validator()">

Firefox continually returns an error of "validator is not defined". HELP!

This could be caused by a JavaScript error in the validator() function, e.g. the function has not been properly closed - check the braces.
