website programing questions

if i have a website and on that website i want a specific "word" on that site to change from a list of say 100 words every time you reload the page, how would i do this? i don't even know if this is possibly but I'm sure there's a way out there!

have an array of words and a function to output the word. There is an rand function and Javascript (I think) that will allow you to obtain a random number.

When the function is called randomly pick an entry from the array and use document.write to display it.
