Playing One Segment After Another

1
Hello! I'm new to the forum and have looked for a topic to answer my question but couldn't find one so...

I have a need to play a series SWF files as "segments" in an online TV show. I have the play list and would like to play the current segment then when finished, automatically play the next (I have the length of each segment.) This is sort of like the video players at news sites such as MSNBC.com, etc. I'd like to use AJAX instead of just refreshing the page to go to the next segment (as I'm currently doing.)

Any ideas or threads you could point me to?

Thanks in advance for your help!

why not get a swf editor like swish and just add the SWF files togethor to make 1 much easier. as to the javascript code since its client side only the only thing i could think of is set a timer that takes you to another page then from that page the timer takes you to another page, thats option #1, option #2 is changing the source of the swf file to another swf file after the timer which i aint 100% sure you can do this.
