How to open maximised window and hide address bar using javascript

hi All.
I am Mano.I don't known javascript.
1. so I want one of u to figure out how to restrict access to just 1 URL from IE and also how do u open in the maximized mode if they close the window by mistake, we need IE to come up maximized when tehy open it up.
2. How to hide addressbar in IE form javascript/

If the current window is meant, then that's out of the question.

If it's a new window, it's no longer possible to open fullscreen from IE6 SP2 onwards, and the address bar cannot be hidden in IE7/FF3, etc.
