Javascript in Ajax

hallo,

da ich nicht so gut bin in dem, wollte ich mal fragen ob es möglich
ist, ein popup via javascript
in ajax aufzurufen. bis jetzt ist es mir zwar gelungen, ein popup
aufzurufen, jedoch wurde die seite von der es aufgerufen worden ist
auch verändert.

das script sieht etwa so aus:

function openwin(url){
win = window.open(url, "bla" ,
"height=300,width=500,location=no,menubar=no,resiz able=no,scrollbars=no,status=yes,toolbar=no");
win.focus();
}

und wird anschliessend mit einem a href und onclick aufgerufen.

hoffentlich versteht ihr wasich meine.
