JS cookie script problem(s)

Good_day to you all!
It's been a long time since i've visited here & even longer since
posting a question or comment.
Here goes.
I can Not find the error in this cookie-based link jumpbox script .
The purpose of the script is to use cookies to save up to 20 links
(DEScription & URL) on this web page (below).

http://www.geocities.com/seedytheteck/test_x/jumpX.html

The JS Cookie is set to last one year. However there is an error in the
"save" function (i think).
There are two problems.

a. After you save several links (both the DEScriptor-name & url
fields), there is a problem deleting "all" the links "at once" by
deleting one or both fields (as designed).

b. The script works correctly by letting user to delete one link at a
time. However, it will not allow the final (last) link to be deleted.

Would you JS gurus investigate where the error(s) are & offer
corrections please.

Never Mind, It does work with IE 6.
