Peer review on a thought

I have a thought that I'm looking for some feedback on.

I've created some infrastructure that works like googlemaps,
and provides proxy services to a dedicated database , as well as
facilities for WSDL inter operation, all phrased as javascript.

The interface supports both XML/XSLT and javascript/AJAX
approaches.

I'm thinking of having a system where various javascript coders could
offer their best wares and get a penny fraction per click on their
interface. That interface itself could avail itself of other services
including databases ,email ,UPS ,SMS text messaging and even more via
plain old javascript.

No software is ever required on the clients machine other than that
which is run by the browser.

So any thoughts or interest on this thought would be appreciated.
