You can change font-size value to 14pt, 16pt and so on until desired
size of the caption.
Except maybe for use by the author on a single system, one should never
specify screen sizes in points; it is contrary to the spirit of the DDA
etc.
If text is closely associated with graphical material sized in pixels,
it may be desirable to express its size using px.
Otherwise, the author should presume that 100% represents a
conveniently-legible size, for the current user, screen, and settings,
for the main text of a paragraph; and should use higher and lower
percentages to vary the text size.
<FAQENTRY> Since javascript can be misused to degrade accessibility, the
FAQ should not ignore the subject. An entry in Sec 3.2 would suffice,
though an article in Sec 4 might be possible. A FAQ note would be nice.
