Email security

I am generating a html email for internal office use and I have embeded

JavaScript that creates a interactive map (yahoo/google). this map
will display when the email is opened in outlook 2000 but it will not
display when you open it with 2003. I have attempted to enable
everything in the internet security zone and it still will not work.
Is there any way to allow this script in the email?

I don't use Outlook so I can't test it (I prefer decent/better software
than that) but it is probably a security fix to not allow JS to be
executed in Emails.
