in Javascript without using Microsoft.XMLHTTP how can i do Asyncronous
operation ?

Use firefox?
Opening a new window is also an asynchronous operation sadly :)

More seriously...
For one-way communication you can use the src attribute for an
(invisible) image.
For bi-directional communication you can use a hidden frame.

Include xmlhttprequest.js from Andrew Gregory:
http://www.scss.com.au/family/andrew...mlhttprequest/

and use XMLHttpRequest() for all browsers
