Cool DHTML programming :-)

Physically these are styled DIV's. Balloon's rounded corners and the
pointer are made with transparent images.

Thanks. Any pointers, sites that give me an introduction will be
helpful. I know a little bit of html/javascript (coded a AJAX
solution) myself but not good on CSS. I am trying to google, but I
think I need to go a bit far to get to the right sites.

thanks

For a simplier working solution you may look at
<http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex5/index.html> (just one of
destinations).

Many script are OK'ed to twist them around in any way you want to "cool
them up".

<http://www.jibbering.com/faq> has some JavaScript/DOM documentation
sources linked.
