Help with Automatic Height Script

Hi,

The script I use to automatically resize a table works great in
Internet Explorer, but in any other standards compliant browser it does
not.

Can anyone help me make it work in Firefox?

Here it is:

function calculateHeight() {
var myWidth = 0, myHeight = 0;
if( typeof( window.innerWidth ) == 'number' ) {
//Non-IE
myWidth = window.innerWidth;
myHeight = window.innerHeight;
} else if( document.documentElement &&
( document.documentElement.clientWidth ||
document.documentElement.clientHeight ) ) {
//IE 6+ in 'standards compliant mode'
myWidth = document.documentElement.clientWidth;
myHeight = document.documentElement.clientHeight;
} else if( document.body && ( document.body.clientWidth ||
document.body.clientHeight ) ) {
//IE 4 compatible
myWidth = document.body.clientWidth;
myHeight = document.body.clientHeight;
}
//window.alert( 'Width = ' + myWidth );
//window.alert( 'Height = ' + myHeight );
// set the main table height to
(header.height-shaddow.height-footer.height-correction.value)
document.getElementById('mainWrapper').height = myHeight - 94 - 26;
}

Hi Peconi,

As I wade loosely through your function, I'd say it should work as is.
How or when do you call it? Maybe it's an onResize event that doesn't
fire?
