TitleBar on IE

Does anyone know how to take away the top part(Minimize, maximize and
close bar) of IE in javascript

I just descovered it and you confirned it.
For those who read this artickle, the reason you cant take it away is
for security reasons.
Imagine you go on the internet and you get a popup that is modal and
you can't block close it due to that the close button is not there.
Taht would have been a big problem.
