Auto Drop down a Drop Down List

Is there a way to get a drop down list to automatically drop down on
focus?

No, but you can set " size=" to the number of rows you want.

No, as others have said.

One possibility, though, is when it gets focus you can change it to
position:absolute, and then change the .size to the number of options. This
will make it float above other content and appear to be fully expanded. When
the selection changes, you can set it back to position:static and .size=1 to
make it look like it did before.
