JS or ActiveX Control

Hi,

I need to create a webpage where users can design their own advertisement
that will be shown on the web. Each user will be able to upload one or more
images, move the images around in their browser (drag-and-drop), and add
some text to their ad. I'm slightly familiar with JavaScript, but know
basically nothing about creating ActiveX controls. Would it be best to
implement this type of webpage using JavaScript, an ActiveX Control, or
possibly something else??

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Mozilla and IE have an interface for that so-called "DesignMode", in
which you can do something like that, drag-drop, edit and customize, you
do it with js, by entering the window/frame/container object in
designMode, however, for this particular one, there are some UI already
made, there is a commercial one, can't recall the name, and some webhosts
do provide such interface. I'd go with a Java applet, not an activex
control, activex work only in IE and in win32 platform.
