How to change the text of Address bar?

Hello all,

Is it possible to change the text of Address bar when i click on any
link. Does any one knows the script to do this.

You mean, in a way that would have the address bar say www.bankofamerica.com
while actually you're visiting www.phishtank.ru?

Hope it can't be done.

When you click on a link the text in the address bar will change to the URL
of the new page being visited.

You cannot display anything other then the URL of the page being visited in
the addressbar (nor is there any good reason to want to do so).
