different rollovers for image map

Hi!

I need help, I am creating a Virtual Tour through our highschool, and I
have an image map and depending on where the cursor goes (blue hallway,
gym, etc.) I need a different Picture, plus a link.

How can I do that? (I can use Dreamweaver MX or fireworks or
contribute)

HELP, I need it ASAP!

Thanks
Markus
