How do I code and decode in unicode?

Please advise. I have been givien a project and am trying to reproduce
something in HTML/Javascript that has been turned into unicode. I suspect
what I need to modify is in that code... much obliged, thanks in advance.

You have something and you suspect a need to modify? Do you also believe
that all javascript authors are telepathic?

Here, I need to tap into the code that has since been coded into "unicode"
from what I've been told. The line that holds the info I believe I need to
modify looks like this... I'd like to recover the code, put it back to
regular html (Loosely speaking) and use it as I see fit.

<SCRIPT>
....
document.write(String.fromCharCode(60,76,73,78,75, 32,72,82,69,70,61,39,115,99,114,105,112,116,115,47 ,115,116,121,108,101,46,99,115,115,39,32,82,69,76, 61,39,115,116,121,108,101,115,104,101,101,116,39))
.....
</SCRIPT>

That's a bit of the script I'm looking at.

-in IE comes out:-

</html>

- So not particularly useful (or valid mark-up).
