Scrolling two frames at once

I am repeating my previous question. Meybe someone could answer me. I have a
site with two frames - one with navigation bar and some information below.
The second is with main content. What I want to do is to scroll them
together. I really please you to say me what script I need to write or a
scource of such script. As I know there s a need of 2 scripts - one for IE
and the orher for Navigator.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Completely pointless. If the original question did not receive an answer
then the question was probably inadequate; repeating it will not change
that.
Meybe someone could answer me.

<snip>

But your original question did receive an answer. An answer consisting
of a request for clarification of your specification. That clarification
is still going to be needed no mater how often you repeat the question,
and you are unlikely make any further progress until you provide it.
