The following code not works in netscape 7.2,
function WizardMoveNext () {
CurrentStep++;
WizardPage = "regreqstep" + CurrentStep + ".php";
alert ("Current Wizard Page " + WizardPage);
document.getElementById("frSubTab").src = WizardPage;
}
frSubTab is iFrame in the page.
The code is only a function, where/how do you call it?
Is there an
<iframe id="frSubTab" ...></iframe>
in the page when the function is being called?
Do you get any error messages in the JavaScript console?
In general if you want to change the document in an iframe use
<iframe name="iframeName" ...></iframe>
and then
if (window.frames.iframeName) {
window.frames.iframeName.location.href = 'newpage.html';
}
that works in a lot of more browsers than manipulating the src property
of the <iframe> element.
