Dedicated webpage.

I noticed that many websites has a script to detect ISP address. I got and
idea that it could be nice to write a script which would redirect members to
a dedicated webpage after detecting their ISP address .On that webpage I
would live a personal greeting or a message for my member. Unfortunately I
am not a script writer, so maybe somebody would do it for me ? Your help
will be appreciated. Thank You.

First off, ip addresses often change (sometimes in the same connection,
with proxies) and are not a reliable way to track users. Try cookies.

If you're not a script writer, you may want to first learn the basics of
programming and php.
