Printing using CSS

I have a two frame page, on one page of which is a text input box and
on the other an image. The user types some text in the text box in
the first frame, hits the 'Add to Image' button and the text appears
on top of the image in the second frame. The user can then hit a
'Print' button in the first frame which prints off the contents (image
and text) of the second frame.

So far, so good.

What I need though is to have the contents of the second frame be
printed in a different place from where it is shown on screen (further
down the page). I think this can be done using two stylesheets and
the different media tags, screen and print, but I can't get it to work
at all.

Can anyone help at all please?

An example (preferably as a URL) of what youve got already would be good.

As you say you can restyle for printer friendly pages with CSS but moving
something rather than just reformatting it will require a bit of thought.
