Open Link in New Window

I have some mouse-over menus which work fine (I've posted about them before)
and I've got the other issues (filepath issues etc) working. Now I'm trying
to finetune matters. Again it's the "HV Menu" from
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html

I'd like the link to open in a new window. It normally assumes this syntax:

Menu3_6_3=new Array("Slideshow","www.yahoo.com ","",0);

The designer says that one option is if you want the link to open in a TOP
WINDOW you can do this (where www.yahoo.com had originally gone):

"javascript:top.document.location.href='Link.htm'; "

It seems a simple modification would make that open in a new window. I tried
changing top to blank, nothing.

How do I get it to open in a new window?
