Guestbook to publish own articles

I have put some articles on www. So far I have done this by hand document by
document and put links at proper places.

But, are there any smooth way to publish articles via some script? Something
like a guestbook should work, but I like each article in it's own page.

It's not intended as a debate so only I should have the access to "article
inputs".

Do you know any scripts like this?
