Iframe source Updation

P: n/a
I have one JSP program in which one iframe is defined.
And the source of which is an another jsp.
Contents of an iframe is in hyperlink.
When i click any of the hyperlinks one popup box will come.
After some operation that popup will be closed...And that operation should
be updated in the Iframe source.(that is what ever operation we carried
out in popup)
Any code/help would really end my one week sleepless nights.

Thanks in advance.

in the window that does the operation, when done with the operation
execute the following javascript function:

function done() {
// is your opener still there
// and not closed
if (opener && (!opener.closed)) {
// refresh opener
opener.location.reload();
}
// close yourself
window.close();
}

hope you can sleep now,
Vincent

You have a JavaServer page which creates an "iframe" element ...

.... which source ("src" attribute) is the output of another
JavaServer page?

Sorry, I do not understand. A hyperlink cannot contain an "iframe",
a hyperlink can contain inline elements and text nodes (if you mean
the "a" element), and it can point to something (if you mean a URI).
Do you mean that the a[href]-Element to open the popup window is
contained in the "iframe" source?

Well, it depends on what you actually mean.
