Thanks for the help,

Javascript is disabled separately in IE and Mozilla, you would have had to
explicitly disable Javascript in each browser. If you did that, you would
have known it and should know where to turn it on again. I strongly suspect
that a) Javascript is not disabled in either browser and b) Javascript
being enabled or disabled has nothing to do with your problem of not being
able to play video.
Since you did not provide a URL or error or any other information which
might let me assist you with your problem, I'll guide you through enabling
Javascript on various browsers, however, as I said, I doubt that is your
problem.
IE: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet zone -> Custom
Level... -> find "Scripting > ActiveScripting" (near the bottom of the
list). ensure it is set to "Enable"
Mozilla: Edit -> Preferences -> go to "Advanced > Scripts & Plug-ins" ->
ensure "Enable JavaScript for ... Navigator" has a checkmark
Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Web Features -> ensure "Enable JavaScript" has
a checkmark
If this does not help (and I doubt it will), it is more likely you do not
have the plug-in or codec required to play the video you are attempting to
play. The problem and solution are off-topic for this newsgroup.
