Submitting values between a frameless page and a framed one

Does anyone know how to submit values from a page without frames to a
certain frame in another framed page?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

With the Transitional variant of HTML 4.01 or XHTML 1.0:

<form action="..." target="frame_name">
...
</form>
