moving lines

I saw a webpage sometime back (I cant find the url again)
which had a logo in the middle of the page and 4 lines,
sweeping around it from left to right, top to bottom...
the background was black...the lines white. I tried
to see the source, and it was all javascript.

How could i do this in javascript? Move a line from one
place to the other (slowly)?

Thanks,
--Elijah
