Lokking for other properties of nodeValue method in javascript

I am looking for the other properties of nodeValue. I know only
firstChild.node Value and lastChild.nodeV alue. What other properties
are there? Is there a property whit which I can get a sibling or
something similar?

Node::nodeValue is a DOMString value which is represented as a string value
in ECMAScript implementations . It has no other properties than String
objects have.

You are looking for properties of Node objects instead. `firstChild' and
`lastChild' are such properties, as are `previousSiblin g' and `nextSibling'.
Each of the aforementioned properties is a reference to another Node object.

Apparently I have a lot of questions today regarding JavaScript security. I've implemented a JavaScript Object that intercepts page submits (postbacks) and then displays a UI prompting the user to confirm(yes)/deny(no)/cancel(close UI/cancel submit) their action. There may be additional JavaScript methods to execute before displaying the UI...
