Open link in a new Tab for IE7

Hi all, I know that with the new version of IE, is it possible to open
mutiple tabs (just like Opera,Firefox.. .) but, did M$ make a command
that permits to open a link on a new tab (working only in IE7)?
I know this will not be standard, but however, what is real standard
in M$?
Thanks in advance!

The choice of having a new window or a new tab on a target/popup request
seems to be the choice of the client user according to the IE7 programmers.

For once I agree with them.

As an example, a page that opens is editrecord.aspx?RecordID=34, and another is editrecord.aspx?RecordID=52. I want to realize the following.... The user logs in to a certain webpage (username & password). Then the user sees a html page with a link in it. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
