If you have a single not nested frameset then you can do e.g.
parent.document .body.rows = '75,*';

You can also use getElementsByTa gName('frameset ') and use a numerical
index e.g.
parent.document .getElementsByT agName('framese t')[0].rows = '75,*';

I don't know much about javascript, so take it easy on me. Is there a way to dynamically change a CSS layers dimensions on the fly. Here is what I'm doing. I have a bunch of thumbnails that when clicked on, will open up the full view in a CSS layer, as opposed to a pop-up window let's say. I had this before, but with one layer for each image, and as you might imagine, the markup was way too bloated. So can I just change the css layers...

I didn't create the original site, which is nicely done but sadly all done in frames. Now the problem, in the body of the email I NEED to link to various internal pages of the website. Hi, I am using the following framset doctype in my html code <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">. I have a span tag for a table but this tag is not working when I have the above frameset, if I remove the framset doc type then it's working as expected. Since the span tag was not working for the frameset doctype, I have used div tag as an alternative with the same...

Hi, I want to animate the change of a frames' size. Something like; for (i=0, i<250, i++) { var aValue = i + "px,*" parent.document.getElementById(whichFrameSet).cols = aValue; } What I do not understand is why the frame is not updated each and every time the size is set... not until i = 250 it will display the result. Is it because the frameset is not updated visually when in loop? Or is it just counting to 250 too fast so I need to...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
