Web App Help Page

Hi Folks,

I am quite new to webdesign and the technologies involved with AJAX. I
have been asked to write a help page for a website that works like the
help you would get in a normal windows app.

By this I mean you type in the keyword relating to the area you need
help in and press search. This would produce a list of topics
associated with your keyword then you click the topic you want help
with, this then opens in a larger window.

Do you think this would be best achieved with AJAX?

If so could you suggest a tutorial that is close to what I am looking

Many thanks

No. It would be unbookmarkable, and not provide any significant benefit
(since you are replacing most of the content).

A regular HTML form with a GET method should work just fine.
