JS function in body tag problem

I have the following in my page body tag:

<body onMouseMove="mo useCheck(event) ;">

The problem is that the mouseCheck function cannot be loaded until the
entire page is loaded so you get an JS error if you happen to move the mouse
while the page is loading - "object not found". It then works fine once the
page is loaded but the error is irritating to say the least.

Is there some way I can assign the onMouseMoved with javascript only after
the whole page has loaded?

Thanks!

Assign the event using onload:

<body onload="this.on mouseover = mouseCheck;">

or you could use window.onload, it's up to you.

My program is heavily template based, and I use the VC++, so I have to keep the templates in the header file. My .cpp files are quite empty (they are more a connection between header files). Hi geniuses (or is that genii, or genies) The challenge is as above really. I have a page with an iframe in it, and need to call a JS function in the *parent* page, *from* inside the iframe. (It's for Google Maps, but I won't bore you with the complexities of that, as it doesn't affect the question). Mochas kudos to anyone able to...
